Homeless individuals face a range of complex needs resulting from their lack of stable housing and often limited access to resources. While the specific needs can vary depending on individual circumstances, here are five major needs commonly experienced by homeless people:

Shelter and housing: One of the primary needs for homeless individuals is safe and secure shelter. They require access to emergency shelters, transitional housing, or affordable permanent housing options. Adequate shelter addresses immediate safety concerns and provides a foundation for stability and well-being.

Necessities: Homeless individuals require access to necessities such as food, clean water, clothing, and personal hygiene items. Meeting these needs contributes to their overall health, dignity, and well-being. Access to public restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities is also crucial.

Healthcare and mental health support: Homeless individuals often face significant health challenges due to limited access to healthcare services. They require access to medical care, mental health support, substance abuse treatment, and preventive services. Addressing physical and mental health needs is essential for their overall well-being and the potential for transitioning out of homelessness.

Employment and income support: Many homeless individuals face barriers to employment and lack a stable source of income. They require assistance with job training, employment placement, and access to income support programs such as social welfare benefits or job placement services. Improving their employment prospects and financial stability is vital in helping them regain housing stability.

Social support and case management: Homeless individuals often benefit from comprehensive support services that address their unique needs and help them navigate the challenges of homelessness. Case management, counseling, and support networks can assist in accessing resources, securing housing, managing finances, and addressing other barriers to stability. Building social connections and support systems is crucial for their long-term success.

Hi, I realized that it seems the concept “outcome” is different from the term “output”. Taking the grandparent training project as an example, what is the “outcome’ referable?
