This can be assessed through indicators such as signs of anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), or other mental health conditions. Self-reporting, observations, and assessments by mental health professionals can be used to gauge the child's emotional state.
3. Behavioral changes: Monitor any changes in the child's behavior. This can include indicators such as aggression, withdrawal, changes in eating or sleeping patterns, regression in development or academic performance, or engaging in risky behaviors.
