The receiver must decode the message and check with the sender to ensure the accuracy of the message and decoded. A conversation between two people involves one person encoding and transmitting a message, passing through extraneous noise, and then being received and decoded by another person, the receiver. The receiver then responds by encoding and sending another message, repeating the process.
