Good question. But I guess, as considering no big change in population in Hong Kong, there may be no significant change in family service applications.

Therefore, I wonder if the situation would be different now? What I mean is that it has been 10 years since the publication of the Review.

First, the Review suggested that IFSC should provide necessary professional manpower to deal with the social and emotional needs of families, but for the manpower of IFSCs. Meanwhile, it also suggested that the adjustment to the service boundaries of IFSCs should only be considered when there’s a clear projection of new population intake.
