Hi, everyone. I wonder have you noticed that there has been a lot of discussion about childbearing policy in Mainland China recently. Some people complain that it’s too difficult to cope with parenting stress, even with the looser birth policy. Hence, if we want to compare Hong Kong with Mainland China, could anyone give me a clue about any available family services for such young parents in Hong Kong?

Wow, that’s very detailed. Indeed, only when parents get more support to relieve their parenting stress will people want more children.

Yes. The Social Welfare Department in Hong Kong has subsidized non-governmental organizations for a long time to provide a variety of childcare services to assist parents who cannot take care of their young children because of work or other reasons.
