To effectively address the digital divide and ensure equitable access to technology for young people, service providers can take the following steps:
1. Infrastructure and connectivity: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, such as governments, community organizations, and technology providers, to improve infrastructure and connectivity in underserved areas. Advocate for increased broadband access and work towards reducing the cost barriers associated with internet connectivity.
2. Device accessibility: Implement initiatives to provide access to devices such as computers, laptops, tablets, or smartphones for young people who do not have their own. Seek partnerships or funding opportunities to secure devices and ensure their availability in community centers, libraries, schools, or other accessible locations.
3. Digital literacy and skills training: Offer digital literacy and skills training programs to empower young people with the knowledge and competencies needed to effectively utilize technology. Provide training on basic digital skills, internet safety, online communication, and information literacy.
4. Content and educational resources: Develop or curate educational content and resources that are accessible online, free or at affordable costs, and aligned with the educational needs and interests of young people. Ensure that the content is available in multiple formats and languages to accommodate diverse learners.
5. Partnerships and community engagement: Forge partnerships with local community organizations, schools, libraries, and other institutions to extend the reach of technology access initiatives. Collaborate on joint programs, share resources, and leverage existing community infrastructure to maximize impact.

Hi, I realized that it seems the concept “outcome” is different from the term “output”. Taking the grandparent training project as an example, what is the “outcome’ referable?
