To evaluate a program aiming at establishing mutual support networks, consider the following five points:

Network formation: Assess the formation and growth of mutual support networks among program participants. Measure indicators such as the number of connections established, the diversity of support networks, and the depth of relationships formed. Evaluate whether the program effectively facilitates the creation of supportive connections among individuals.

Support exchange: Evaluate the extent of support exchange within the established networks. Measure indicators such as the frequency and types of support exchanged among participants, such as emotional support, practical assistance, or information sharing. Assess the reciprocity and effectiveness of support within the networks.

Participant satisfaction: Gather feedback from program participants regarding their satisfaction with the mutual support networks. Conduct surveys, interviews, or focus groups to capture their experiences, perceptions, and opinions. Assess participants' sense of belongingness, perceived benefits of the support networks, and overall satisfaction with the program's outcomes.

Network sustainability: Monitor the sustainability of the established mutual support networks over time. Assess indicators such as the longevity of connections, the stability of the networks, and the ability of participants to maintain and strengthen their relationships. Evaluate whether the program equips participants with the skills and resources to sustain the mutual support networks beyond the program's duration.

Impact on well-being: Measure the impact of the mutual support networks on participants' well-being. Assess indicators such as changes in participants' emotional well-being, perceived social support, and overall quality of life. Evaluate whether the support networks contribute to participants' resilience, ability to cope with challenges, and overall improvement in their well-being.
