When evaluating a program aiming to track the work status of ex-offenders, consider the following five points:

Employment rate: Measure the percentage of ex-offenders who secure employment after participating in the program. This indicator provides an overall assessment of the program's effectiveness in facilitating successful reintegration into the workforce. Calculate the employment rate by dividing the number of program participants who find employment by the total number of participants.

Job stability: Assess the duration and stability of employment obtained by ex-offenders. Measure indicators such as the average length of employment, the rate of turnover or job loss, and the proportion of participants who maintain continuous employment over a specified period. This indicator reflects the program's ability to support ex-offenders in sustaining long-term employment.

Skill development: Evaluate the acquisition and enhancement of job-related skills among program participants. This can be done through self-assessment surveys, feedback from employers, or skills assessments. Assess indicators such as improvements in technical skills, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and job-specific knowledge. Measure participants' perceived skill development and evaluate its impact on their employment outcomes.

Employer satisfaction: Gather feedback from employers who have hired ex-offenders from the program. Survey employers to assess their satisfaction with the ex-offenders work performance, reliability, and professionalism. This feedback provides insight into the program's ability to prepare participants for the demands of the workplace and meet employers' expectations.

Income level: Measure the income level attained by ex-offenders after securing employment through the program. This indicator can involve assessing indicators such as starting salaries, wage progression over time, and the proportion of participants who achieve income stability above a certain threshold. Evaluating income levels provides insights into the economic impact of the program on participants' lives.
