To evaluate a program's outcome and impact effectively, consider the following five steps:

Establish program goals: Clearly define the desired outcomes and impact of the program.

Define evaluation indicators: Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the program's outcome and impact.

Collect data`: Gather relevant data through surveys, interviews, observations, or data analysis.

Analyze and interpret data`: Assess the program's outcomes and impact by analyzing the collected data.

Communicate findings and make adjustments: Share the evaluation findings with stakeholders, use insights to improve the program, and enhance its effectiveness and impact.
