I am a little bit embarrassed. I will meet my client who has to rely on a guide dog’s help. But I don’t know how to deal with the dog when meeting the client. Any suggestions?

I hope these simple guidelines will help you.
1. Guide dogs are not pets. They are working dogs. Do not pet them, give them treats, or display interest and affection unless your client has asked you to do so.
2. Guide dogs are trained to work with their owner. Don't try to lead a guide dog away or separate the dog from the owner unless your client has involved you in the dog's care.
3. Guide dogs remain with their owners at all times. Locations that do not permit dogs will permit guide dogs.
4. The guide dog wears a special harness in addition to the leash. When the harness is held, the dog functions as a guide. When held by the leash, the dog knows he/she can sit, stand, or change position. Your client will use the harness while moving about and holding the leash when sitting in your office.
5. If large dogs make you uncomfortable or afraid, it is important to acknowledge this to yourself and, if you will be working with blind clients, to attempt to address your fears. Dogs, even well-trained ones, can sense fear in people and may behave erratically. You may also want to share your concern with your client: he/she has heard of this problem before and will keep the dog under close control while in your presence.

Hi, I realized that it seems the concept “outcome” is different from the term “output”. Taking the grandparent training project as an example, what is the “outcome’ referable?
