When evaluating a program aiming to investigate the relationship between personality and bullying behaviors among children, here are five indicators that can be used:
1. Aggression: Assess the level of aggression displayed by children. This can be measured through indicators such as physical aggression (e.g., hitting, pushing), verbal aggression (e.g., name-calling, threats), or relational aggression (e.g., social exclusion, spreading rumors).
2. Empathy: Measure the level of empathy exhibited by children. This can be assessed through indicators such as demonstrating understanding and concern for others' feelings, showing remorse or guilt for causing harm, and displaying prosocial behaviors that promote kindness and compassion.
3. Self-esteem: Evaluate the children's self-esteem levels. This can be measured through indicators such as their self-perception, confidence, and overall sense of self-worth. Low self-esteem may be associated with a higher likelihood of engaging in bullying behaviors.
4. Social skills: Assess the children's social skills and ability to interact with peers. This can be evaluated through indicators such as communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and the capacity to establish and maintain positive relationships. Deficits in social skills may contribute to a higher propensity for bullying behaviors.
5. Prosocial behavior: Measure the children's engagement in prosocial behaviors. This can include indicators such as helping others, sharing, cooperating, and demonstrating empathy and kindness. Higher levels of prosocial behavior are often associated with a lower likelihood of engaging in bullying behaviors.

Hi, I realized that it seems the concept “outcome” is different from the term “output”. Taking the grandparent training project as an example, what is the “outcome’ referable?
