Hi, i dont recommend to do so as it does not bring like growth & engagement for NGO. But if you want to promote trend topics with high organic reach or season offering, it is worthy to have a try.

Yes, definitely worth it. Pay more attention to:
1) Define your target audience
2) Determine which ad placements work best: (FB or IG)
3) Be visual
and 4)) Analyze results

Well...i think if you have the budget for marketing, you can do it for reaching a larger audience and increasing brand awareness. We see it very important to our organisation.

Facebook advertising allows you to target some very specific demographics for your ads. So you need to know very clearly before you pay.

We have tried to promote, but the result did not turn out to be what we had expected. Did not reach the number of people neither the number of likes as they described on FB..
