Thanks to the MEL courses and everyone’s sharing, I’ve learned so much about program evaluation! One puzzling question for me is that as there are so many different models for evaluation, how could the evaluators decide to choose? Hence, may I ask what factors should be taken into consideration when I plan a program evaluation?
