If people suspect that an elderly person is subject to abuse, they are expected to call the following hotlines for inquiries or assistance:
– Departmental Hotline of Soartment (SWD) at 2343 2255.
– 24-hour hotline of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals CEASE Crisis Center at 18281.
– Crisis Line of Caritas Family Crisis Support Center at 18288.
