To evaluate a program aiming at training volunteers who provide community service, consider the following five indicators:

Volunteer satisfaction: Measure volunteers' satisfaction with the training program. Assess indicators such as their perception of the quality and relevance of the training materials, their satisfaction with the training delivery methods, and their overall experience with the program. Evaluate whether the training program meets the needs and expectations of the volunteers.

Knowledge and skills acquisition: Evaluate the impact of the training program on volunteers' knowledge and skills. Measure indicators such as the level of improvement in volunteers' understanding of community issues, their competence in performing specific tasks, and their ability to apply the acquired knowledge and skills during their community service. Assess whether the training program effectively equips volunteers with the necessary tools to carry out their roles effectively.

Confidence and self-efficacy: Assess the program's impact on volunteers' confidence and self-efficacy. Measure indicators such as changes in volunteers' self-perception, their confidence in their abilities to contribute to the community, and their belief in the value of their service. Evaluate whether the training program enhances volunteers' sense of empowerment and self-belief.

Community Impact: Evaluate the impact of trained volunteers' community service. Measure indicators such as the number of community members served, the quality of service provided, and the extent of positive outcomes achieved through the volunteers' efforts. Assess whether the training program effectively translates into tangible benefits for the community and contributes to community development.

Volunteer retention and commitment: Assess the program's impact on volunteer retention and commitment. Measure indicators such as the duration of volunteer engagement, the rate of volunteer turnover, and volunteers' willingness to continue their service beyond the training period. Evaluate whether the training program fosters a sense of commitment, loyalty, and long-term engagement among volunteers.
