According to The Social Welfare Department, there are pre-school rehabilitation services, services for school-age disabled children, services for physically handicapped persons, services for mentally handicapped persons, services for ex-mentally ill persons, services for visually impaired persons, services for hearing impaired persons, and vocational rehabilitation services.
