Sure. Participatory models of evaluation would engage stakeholders directly in the program evaluation processes (and in this instance, in establishing the evaluation rubrics). It will ensure that sufficiently robust and credible evidence to meet the decision-making requirements of program staff and funders are obtained. Thus, the program evaluation will be tailored to the needs of the end-users, which in turn encourages the use of evaluation information in everyday program decision-making and improves the likelihood that intended users will act on the evaluation findings and recommendations.
