The Evaluation Team may include the following:
• Therapists or clinicians involved in the project
• Program administrators or managers
• Researchers or persons with experience in data collection and analysis
• Representatives of the program participants (recovering drug-dependent persons)
• Representatives of government or other funding bodies (where necessary)
• Representatives of the community where the center is situated

Just keep in mind that all members of the group should be closely involved in the planning and implementation of the evaluation. Each member should contribute their unique talents and experiences to the work of the group
