Take the Review on the Implementation of the Integrated Family Service Centre Service Mode as an example. The IFSCs vary in designs, emphasis, staffing, and delivery structure, and they do not have an established mode of operation. Therefore, it was not feasible to employ a rigid experimental design to test pre-and post-intervention outcomes, supplemented with controlled groups
