Home care service for persons with severe disabilities aims at providing a package of home-based support services to meet the personal care, nursing care and rehabilitation training needs of persons with severe intellectual/physical disabilities/moderate nursing care need or functional impairment. It also aims at relieving the stress of their family members/carers and improving their quality of life.
