I’ve learned that some programs may be composed of various schemes to suit different needs. For example, older adults can apply for different allowances or supplements under Social Security Allowance Scheme in Hong Kong. Therefore, I wonder if it’s also the case between OALA and OALA under Guangdong Scheme. Can older adults who are now receiving OALA convert to OALA under the Guangdong Scheme?
