Hello there. While gathering data, our team discovered that residents in squatter areas generally have limited educational backgrounds. As a result, they faced challenges in independently completing the questionnaire. I was wondering if it would be possible for us to verbally read out the questions, record their responses, and assist in filling out the questionnaire on their behalf?

In community development, the Neighborhood Level Community Development Project (NLCDP) often focuses on addressing the lack of welfare services in specific communities. Would this be considered a form of comparative need?
