Hello, Dr. Mel We are creating a program to evaluate how the Action Committee Against Narcotics (ACAN) operates. I’m not sure how big of a sample size we’ll need for the survey. Please let me know if a large sample size is preferable.

Our evaluation of the anti-drug services provided by small NGOs and community-based organizations revealed that some of these organizations had trouble procuring enough supplies for their operations. Please tell me where they can find anti-drug publications and exhibit materials in Hong Kong.
