Hi. Now I understand that the improvement focus is important in any kind of evaluation, but I still hope to know more about it. I understand that service providers should be involved in the program evaluation, but they might give answers based on their own thoughts, which could be quite different from service users. Hence, I wonder if their subjective answers would affect the objectivity of our program evaluation?

Hello. Our organization is preparing for an evaluation of the Project on Child Care Training for Grandparents in Hong Kong. As you may be aware that in most families of China, grandparents are taking care of children, instead of young parents.
