I came across the earlier discussions on need theories in OCOP, and I must say they were quite remarkable! I have another question related to this topic. In community development, the Neighborhood Level Community Development Project (NLCDP) often focuses on addressing the lack of welfare services in specific communities. Would this be considered a form of comparative need?
