I suppose that those dots are also far from the best-fit line. In this case, the graph means a weak positive relationship. The loosely distributed dots represent a weak association between two variables, and the inclination slope indicates that the correlation is positive.

It is conceivable that individuals who have been incarcerated and now reside in the community may encounter social exclusion. I am determined to take action to address this issue.
