You might meet multiple challenges, listed as below:
1) Timeframes are too short or intervention too minor to observe changes in care delivery and outcomes.
2) Small numbers of practices make it hard to detect effects statistically due to clustering.
3) Data are limited, of poor quality, or have a significant time lag.
4) Results are not generalizable because practices participating in the intervention are different from other practices (e.g., participants may be early adopters).
5) Outcomes may improve or decline for reasons other than participation in the intervention and the comparison group or evaluation design may not adequately account for this.
6) Differences exist between intervention practices and comparison practices even before the intervention begins.
7) Comparison practices get some form or level of intervention.

Integrated Employment Assistance Programme for Self-reliance (IEAPS) statistics are being read by me. And I discovered that between April 1, 2017, and March 31, 2020, 25% of service receivers had found job or had gone back to regular education for at least one month. Then, may I declare that it is a software output?

Hi, I realized that it seems the concept “outcome” is different from the term “output”. Taking the grandparent training project as an example, what is the “outcome’ referable?
