One popular activity for increasing creativity in older people was poetry. poetry offers many benefits for the adults by provoking insight, promoting life reviews, and encouraging the resolution of unresolved conflicts. the process of writing poetry can evoke creative ability in older people, and the product of writing poetry, a poem, is a creative art form.
