The event was graced by three experienced speakers, including Ms. Katrina Fenton, Program and Learning Associate from Resolve Foundation and colleagues from Generation Hong Kong—Ms. Crystal Lo, Project Manager and Mr. James Ho, Assistant Business Development and Partnerships Manager. Their presence and expertise greatly enriched the session as they shared wonderful insights in implementing MEL framework in the workplace.
Throughout the event, speakers provided valuable experience in applying MEL framework within their organization, as well as the significance of MEL in practical working environments. Given the success of the project, they also examined the positive outcomes associated with the implementation of MEL at various levels, as well as their personal growth throughout their respective MEL journeys.
