It is conceivable that individuals who have been incarcerated and now reside in the community may encounter social exclusion. I am determined to take action to address this issue. In Hong Kong, there exist Hakka communities that uphold traditional marriage customs. Our objective is to arrange an online cultural show that celebrates diverse cultural traditions. Subsequently, we intend to gather feedback from the audience through a mobile survey. Would conducting a mobile survey imply the utilization of a non-probability sampling method?
