That is a great question! The support of stakeholders for the program is essential, that is why we should collect and report the performance data and information for the reference of stakeholders. The performance measurement does not answer the question about the impact and effectiveness. So, you may not need to worry about the negative data, which are usable for further monitoring and evaluation to improve the program.

Could you perhaps assist me in getting some information about the community service orders (CSO) program verified? According to what I’ve heard, a court may issue a CSO order requiring a person who has reached the age of 14 or older and has been found guilty of a crime carrying a sentence of imprisonment to perform unpaid work for a number of hours up to 240 hours per month while being supervised by a probation officer. Can I refer to those as CSO scheme activities?
