According to the results of our poll on attitudes toward offenders, some people may be concerned about the potential consequences of the provision of probation services. Would you mind sharing your thoughts on this issue? If the CSO is considered constructive disposal in HK, I wonder.

Hello, Dr. Mel Could I ask another query regarding CSO? The CSO program may only be used as a form of discipline, I wonder.

Could you perhaps assist me in getting some information about the community service orders (CSO) program verified? According to what I’ve heard, a court may issue a CSO order requiring a person who has reached the age of 14 or older and has been found guilty of a crime carrying a sentence of imprisonment to perform unpaid work for a number of hours up to 240 hours per month while being supervised by a probation officer. Can I refer to those as CSO scheme activities?
