I think using secondary data is very practical and affordable. Some of the measures, though, are not. May I ask for your advice on it?

Hello. Dr. MEL, Although I am aware that face-to-face communication is always advised, I was wondering if I could collect data for older persons who get CSSA via a telephone survey. It will enable time and energy savings.
