Hi. Regarding experimental design, I received a question. Some researchers analyze the poverty rate before and after a cash transfer in order to assess the effectiveness of the program in reducing poverty. So, are I allowed to call it an experimental design?

As is common knowledge, a CSSA applicant must pass both the asset and income tests. Can the two tests be seen as resources or activities when using the logical model?
