Numbering of Google Form

It seems that there is no automatic numbering in the Google form, is it? I feel a bit troublesome to add and change the numbering if I reorder the questions.

P-value is really high???

Hi, I have run some data of paired t-test (before and after the treatment), but the p-value is high p=3.7. What does the test suggests? Is there no difference? Thanks!
