Yes, they are different. Client satisfaction measures how well the services meet clients’ expectations. The benefits clients receive, such as skill improvement and knowledge accumulation, are usually regarded as outcomes. Positive ratings of satisfaction surveys can only show whether clients’ expectations are met and don’t point to a positive outcome necessarily
