Many elders are deeply affected by the pandemic, especially those living alone. To avoid infection, they may stay at home and suffer from hunger or even starvation. Therefore, our center hopes to provide door-to-door food delivery services to living-alone elders, which could reduce their risk of being infected. So, in this very beginning stage of designing such a new service, what shall we do? Any suggestions, please!
